Alison Barker

Alison studied at Liverpool Vet School and qualified in 2011. She worked in Frodsham, Cheshire then relocated to Cumbria to be closer to family. In March 2025 she joined the team at Westmorland.

Alison enjoys caring for her patients from a young age through to their senior years. She likes the variety that each day brings within the practice.

Outside of work Alison has a busy household comprising of 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 rabbits. She loves spending time with her family and her interests include fell walking, wild camping and jigsaw puzzles.
